What is a Shisha?

Shisha's, originated in the Middle East. This ancient water pipe has been used for centuries to smoke away the day's stress, while relaxing with friends and family.

In a shisha, tobacco is heated by a charcoal. The tobacco smoke passes through a water-filled chamber, which cools the smoke before it's inhaled by the smoker. The tobacco is available in many exotic flavours. It offers a smoother, more flavorful and cooler taste of smoke over that of cigarettes and cigars.

Is there anything illegal about smoking from a Shisha?

Absolutely not, of course a shisha could be mistaken for a bong, however the design of it is optimized for smoking tobacco, not for illicit substances and as long as tobacco is the only thing smoked in it, it is perfectly legal.
